I worked with Micheal about 17 years ago and grew to love him almost immediately. We both moved on eventually, but kept in touch very occasionally and whenever we met ; it was as if we'd never been apart. He was the sort of person who really LIVED his life uncompromisingly and unapologetically. I truly admired him and will miss him very, very, very much. Mickey...I'm sure you're making new friends wherever you are mate.. Love you always. sx
